Common questions

Answers, briefly.

  • What does Epoyo actually do?

It connects the accounts you post from and the tools you sell through, then shows which content brought customers rather than which got the most views. Reach and revenue sit on one screen, so a busy week and a profitable week are visibly not the same thing.

  • Which accounts can I connect?

For content: TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, with more than one account per platform where you run more than one. For conversions: Stripe, Shopify, RevenueCat, Google Analytics, and Epoyo's own tracking for your site.

  • Do I have to connect anything to try it?

No. Paste your TikTok @handle and Epoyo reads what is public to work out what you sell and what a conversion means for you. Connecting accounts is what turns that into your own numbers.

  • How does Epoyo know which post brought a customer?

Through the link you share. Each destination gets its own code, and when a conversion source reports a signup or a payment against that code the chain is closed from post to customer. Without a code the visit still counts as reach, but it cannot be credited to a post.

  • Does Epoyo post for me or change my accounts?

No. Every connection asks for read access only. Epoyo reads statistics and never publishes, edits, deletes or follows on your behalf, and disconnecting an account revokes the access it was given rather than only forgetting it.

  • How current are the numbers?

Connections refresh on a schedule in the background, and every figure is dated by the last successful read rather than the last attempt. If a connection stops working the number says so instead of quietly going stale, and you get an email if it stays broken.

  • What does it cost?

There is a free plan. Pro at $15 a month or $140 a year, and Studio at $39 a month or $390 a year for running several brands with a team. The plans page lists what each one includes.

  • Who can see my data?

You, and nobody you have not invited. Your statistics belong to your account, they are not pooled into benchmarks or sold, and credentials for connected accounts are stored encrypted rather than in plain text.

  • Can I get my numbers out?

Yes. Your figures export as CSV, so anything you have built up here can move to a spreadsheet or another tool without asking us first.

  • How finished is this?

Epoyo is in public beta and changing quickly. Connections and figures are real; some surfaces are still being built, and where a view has no source behind it yet it says so rather than showing a number it cannot stand behind.

  • How do I report a problem?

Email support@epoyo.com with what you expected and what happened. If a connection is involved, say which platform and roughly when it last worked.

  • How do I delete my account?

From your account settings. Deleting removes your workspaces and disconnects every connected account, revoking the access each one was granted.

Nothing matches that.
