What to expect from the beta

The honest state of the Epoyo public beta: what is real today, what is not guaranteed, and the limits of attribution itself.

Epoyo is in public beta and changing quickly. Connections and figures are real: the platform statistics are read from your accounts, and the conversions are read from your payment or analytics source. Some surfaces are still being built.

What is not guaranteed

  • No uptime or response-time commitment yet
  • Services may change or be interrupted while features land
  • Platforms change their APIs on their own schedule, and a connection can lose access without warning

Limits of attribution, which are permanent

These are not beta limitations and will not be fixed by a later release. They are properties of how the web and the app stores work:

  • Untracked journeys cannot be recovered. Someone who watches a video, taps nothing, and searches your brand name three days later leaves no trail any tool can follow.
  • App stores break the chain. A link that sends someone to the App Store or Play Store loses its code at the store boundary.
  • A visit with no code is reach, not attribution. It still counts as traffic; it cannot be credited to a post.

Where a figure has no source behind it, Epoyo says so rather than showing a number it cannot stand behind: a figure the platform did not report is empty, not zero, and every number is dated by its last successful read. Campaign results carry the same rule. Each one is graded by the evidence behind it, and the top grade is only reached when a tracked link was followed or your product reported an event naming that campaign. A rise that merely lines up in time never gets promoted above "possible influence".

Reporting a problem

Email support@epoyo.com with what you expected and what happened. If a connection is involved, say which platform and roughly when it last worked. A reproducible report is worth far more than a screenshot.

Never include passwords, recovery codes, session cookies or API tokens in a support email. Support will never ask for them.

Common questions

Are the numbers in the beta real?
Yes. Platform statistics are read from your connected accounts and conversions from your payment or analytics source. What is still in progress is surface area, not the accuracy of what is shown.
Will attribution get more complete as the beta progresses?
Coverage improves as more of your destinations carry codes, which is something you control. The structural gaps, such as brand search and the app-store boundary, are permanent properties of the web rather than missing features.
What happens if a platform changes its API?
The affected figures stop updating and are shown dated by their last successful read, rather than silently going stale. You are emailed if a connection stays broken.
