Getting your numbers out

Your figures export without asking us first, in CSV for a spreadsheet and NDJSON for anything that pipes. Both formats carry the same rows.

The two exports

• Product events. One row per event, with the event name, the visitor, the campaign code that brought them, when it happened and when it was received, plus the properties your own app sent.
• Link clicks. One row per link entry per day, with the page, the entry label, its campaign code, the destination and the click count.

The campaign code appears in both, which is what makes the join from a coded link to a conversion reproducible outside Epoyo rather than only inside it.

Both exports cover the whole account

Neither is scoped to a single brand, and that is deliberate. Retention deletes per account, so an export that quietly covered one brand would leave you believing you had saved everything when you had not.

Export before retention removes it

History is kept for 30 days on Free and 365 days on Pro. Epoyo emails you with an export link before retention removes anything, so the warning arrives while the data still exists.

What an export is not

It contains the figures Epoyo has read, not a copy of the connected platform. It is not a backup of your TikTok account or your Stripe ledger, and it is the wrong thing to lean on as one. Those systems remain the source of truth for their own records.

Account data and closure

The Account Center holds an account data download, the list of active sessions, and the verified closure workflow for ending an account. Closure walks through verification first, and the account deletion page sets out what is removed and when.
