Delete your Epoyo account

This page applies to the Epoyo account used by the Epoyo web, desktop, Android, and iOS applications.

Delete your account in Epoyo

1. Sign in to Epoyo.
2. Open your account settings and choose Privacy.
3. Under Close your account, choose Check responsibilities.
4. Resolve any workspace ownership, publishing, group-chat ownership, or active billing responsibilities shown.
5. Enter your account password, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and choose Schedule account closure.

Scheduling closure immediately makes an eligible public profile private and ends active sessions. You then have 14 days to sign in and cancel. After that deadline, Epoyo removes private credentials, profile data, account-only records, and private attachment bytes, and anonymizes references that must remain in shared history.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email legal@epoyo.com from the address on your Epoyo account with the subject Epoyo account deletion request. Include only the account email and a short request. Never send your password, recovery code, session token, or payment details. We will verify account ownership before acting.

What may remain

Shared messages, board history, audit or moderation records, and billing history may keep an anonymized account reference when removal would erase another person's context, undermine safety, or conflict with legal recordkeeping. Encrypted backups expire through the normal backup cycle. See the Privacy Policy for retention and rights information.
