What Epoyo actually reads

From content sources: the account-level figures the platform exposes, such as followers and interactions, and per-post statistics on the posts it reads: views, likes, comments, shares and saves.
From conversion sources: the conversion and payment records needed to credit a post, such as a charge, an order or a key event.
Never: your followers' personal details, your direct messages, or card numbers. Payment card data stays with your processor and is not part of what Epoyo requests.

How connection credentials are stored

The tokens that let Epoyo read a connected platform are stored encrypted rather than in plain text, and each one is scoped to a single platform. Disconnecting revokes the token at the platform rather than only deleting Epoyo's copy, which is the difference between access ending and access merely being forgotten.

What survives losing a device

Everything. Unlike the free analysis, which is computed on demand, connected figures live with your account rather than in a browser. Signing in from another device shows the same numbers.

Never send passwords, recovery codes, session tokens or API keys to support. Support will never ask for them, and no genuine problem requires one.
