Prices exclude VAT. Where it applies, Stripe adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay. Checkout, invoices, payment methods and cancellation are handled by Stripe. Paid features activate once Stripe confirms the payment.
Element accounting
One source, one element.
Boards and lasting widgets count as elements: notes, documents, tables, media. Put the same thing in two places and it still counts once. Archived widgets do not count at all. On Free the allowance is shared across every workspace you own.
Good to know
What do I need before the numbers mean anything?
One connected account with a few weeks of history. Until a platform has been read at least twice there is nothing to compare, so the first useful reading is the day after you connect.
How many accounts can I connect?
3 on Free and 10 on Pro. Studio is unlimited, with a per-platform fair-use ceiling that exists to protect the shared rate limits rather than to sell you a bigger plan.
How often do the figures refresh?
Once a day on Free, hourly on Pro and every 15 minutes on Studio. Every figure is dated by its last successful read, so a stale number says it is stale instead of looking current.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page is quoted before tax. Stripe works out whether VAT applies to you from your billing country and shows the total on the checkout page before you pay, so you never find out after the fact.
What is the brief?
A short read of what actually changed across your accounts and what to do about it. Free includes one, once you have a connected account with enough history for it to say anything. Pro and Studio run them on demand.
Whose AI runs it, and what does it cost me?
Epoyo's, and nothing beyond your plan. The brief is written by a model Epoyo pays for, and it is included rather than priced per use: Free includes one, Pro and Studio run them on demand. Because each brief costs something to produce there are fair-use limits per account, and a brief is cached against the figures it was written from, so asking again when nothing has changed returns the same brief rather than producing another.
What is included with Pro?
Pro at $15 a month or $140 a year. 3 brands, 10 connected accounts, hourly refresh, 365 days of history and briefs on demand.
How are payments handled?
Stripe handles checkout, card details, invoices, payment methods and cancellation. Epoyo never sees your card details.
